  each eye-opener in my awakening had nothing to do with apostates.

  it was always by looking directly at the so-called spiritual food that helped me awaken.. in 2019 they changed the wording of the second of two baptismal questions which are answered aloud before the audience.

  now i realize that these questions have been adjusted over the years.

  You should also be standing for the song, and especially the prayers. I'm too old so remain seated anyway but it's quite funny to see all the waists as the top part is cut off because very few adjust their camera accordingly.

  The latest thing on our ZOOM is quite a few move to a different room or different part of the room. Show off their latest redecorating skills or picture collection. Most of the pre and post meeting chatter is about decorating or the new kitchen, conservatory etc. Really spiritual.

  "(1) Do you believe in Jehovah God the Father, that 'salvation belongeth unto Jehovah', and that Christ Jesus is his Son in whose blood your sins are washed away and by whom salvation comes to you from God? (2) Have you therefore confessed your sins to God and asked for cleansing by Christ Jesus, and therefore turned away from sin and the world, and consecrated yourself without reservation to God to do his will?"

  so in the latest leaked video, splane goes on this crazy delusional rant about how faithful witnesses should never research their faith.. he criticizes the worldly court system and says they are not fair toward witnesses and the organization.

  he says the court system is rigged and witnesses who get convicted, (implied child sex abusers) are innocent.

  he is literally trying to justify child molesters and elders who cover them, as good people in "god's eyes" even though "human authorities" may judge them and put them in jail.

  It’s almost time for the GB to be raptured to the Cayman Islands, or a country with no extradition to the US. Perhaps they would enjoy North Korea. Lol

  Or maybe Argentina. No extradition from there I think. On the GB Update #6 by Sam Herd yesterday he said work is continuing on that project with the help of outside contractors. Not been too much about that project so let's see what happens.

  KH's Still All Closed- How Bad is WT doing Financially?

  Is Watchtower still managing to fleece the flocks as the sheeple no longer get literature, no longer go to the KH, no longer walk past the donation box?

  Here in the UK this is not a problem currently. Literature is coming through, we have our 2021 Day's Text, Workbooks up to the end of October and Study WT's to include the September issue. These are delivered to our homes by Elders and MS's. We submit our orders to the Group Overseer by phone, email, WhatsApp or verbally when he delivers publications.

  As regards donations lots of members have a standing order with the congregation and I can assure you this is more than it ever was previously. Those that do not have computing facilities simply hand cash/cheque to an elder who calls each month and pays it into the account.
  

  All funds, from all sources are paid to the Society with the exception of a small amount that the congregation keeps, equivalent to the average of 3 months expenses. In our case this is around £3,000. When this figure is exceeded the surplus is sent to the Society, no resolution is required for this as a blanket resolution was taken months ago for this to be implemented.

  The KH does not cost much to maintain, just the gas and electricity standing charges mainly, plus the telephone. The broadband has been suspended for months.

  I think the Society is testing the waters. If they don't lose out too much financially then the "For Sale" boards will go up. Most of us older ones can't wait!

  What would happen if the Watchtower decided no more meeting at Kingdom Halls, only Zoom?

  i’m seeing my hard core believing relatives slowly losing faith that the watchtower is the organization that “god” is using to represent him on earth.. just about all the churches in their area have opened up.. but not the watchtower.. this is having an affect on the faith of even the old timers.

  now the only ones who are still holding the faith are the female jws and only those past 70 years of age.

  even my old male jw relative past 70 are starting to say that it can’t be jehovah’s organization because the other churches are all open and god supposed organization who is supposed to preach the warning message is still closed with no open in sight.

  The thought of going out and driving to a mid week meeting when it's cold and pittling down with rain and hail is not something Sis England nor I want to even think about!

  I know of many others in the congregation who feel exactly the same. The sooner the "For Sale" board goes up the better.
